Plan Me Perfect loves yellow weddings.
We recently met with a lovely couple that are getting married in Tuscany next summer and were considering yellow and green as their wedding colours. Having looked at their venue we knew this was the perfect palette to tie in with the beautiful surroundings.
Yellow palettes are not a common request at Plan Me Perfect and yet there are so many great colour combination's that work so well with this bright and fresh colour.
Our first mood board always follows the clients requirements, which in this case was to use yellow and green. They also wanted a rustic wedding, so we discussed using herbs and green foliage which could be incorporated within the table decor.
Below is our first mood board colour swatch and some of the images that we proposed.

Often clients will pick a colour and spend the next year running around with a swatch trying to match everything, but it really doesn't have to be like that. In this case you can use a whole range of yellows, greens and grey's to create a perfect day.
We always like to throw in a bit of a curve ball with the second mood board, so for this couple we introduced blush pink and navy which if you say out loud sounds quite awful but when you see them all working together on a mood board they look beautiful.

The couple were really pleased with both boards but have decided to go with the navy, yellow and blush pink option. We think this will look stunning throughout their Tuscan venue and we look forward to working with them.
